Paper backed silk panel for Dining room – USA
Brief
A wonderful project to work on. The client was quite specific with her brief. She loved the Chinoiserie style but wanted the state flower which is the beautiful Dogwood blossom. I also included the Carolina duck and the Cardinal which are also native to North Carolina. After adding a gilded peacock and weeping blossom she was overjoyed with the final piece. Highly detailed and works perfectly with the lustre of the silk.
